About the book
Through thick and thin.
It is no secret that AGF is blessed with a large and loyal following that backs the club through thick and thin. In Kærlighed & Smerte you meet a number of them.
AGF supporters tell about their passion for the club, and how they live with the love, but also with the pain when things don't go as well as everyone hopes. Hence the title.
The book also features interviews with AGF chairman Lars Fournais and CEO Jacob Nielsen about developing AGF as a significant force in Danish football, and a handful of current players talk about their relationship with the fans and with Aarhus.
256 pages and more than 120 original photographs. Every portrait in the book is by Lars Bech.
